Tarquashia is a 13-year-old who loves to read and enjoys getting new books. She has not decided on a career yet but loves to learn new things. Tarquashia loves laughing at funny jokes and going on outings. She has some special needs regarding mental health and would greatly benefit from a patient and encouraging caregiver who would include her in family activities.
